Incorporated in 2011, by Mr. Nikhil C. Jain with its first operation in Hyderabad, soon embarked into the vast industry by extending its operations in Chennai and other major cities. We build, manage, maintain and renew some of the most recognized landmarks and high street building in your community, where you work, live and play.

With more than 5 million sq.ft. construction experience acquired in a span of 5 years and 8 million sq.ft. project in the pipeline which will be delivered by 2019, we always strive to increase efficiency and improve our services to deliver sustainable solutions that our customers need today and in the near future to take an active role in regenerating neighbourhoods and building a better society.
